"It's going to be a while if it does happen," she told MTV News at the New York Comic Con this weekend.

"Everyone's kind of working on other things, and there needs to be more issues of the comic before there's material to do another movie. So wait and see."

So, that's Aaron Johnson, Chloe Moretz and now Lyndsy Fonseca who have all said they know nothing about work starting on the sequel despite creator Mark Millar stating recently that production will start within the next 9 months. Stay tuned to CBM for all the latest updates about this movie!

Well it can't be to much of a while. A couple more years and Chloe Moretz is going to start developing and won't be able to play Hit-Girl anymore. I give'em three years max to get it filmed, if it's not done by then, well i'm afraid thats all folks. At least for Chloe in the role.

See this is why people cant take Mark Millar seriously..dude gotta learn to not jump the gun on giving news of future projects...according to Mark the sequal was about to start filming within months. Everybody from the director to the actors who are associated with the movie (except Millar)all say the same thing that it will be a while until we see a sequal.

GUNSMITH: That was the best part of the movie, lol! If only all these movies could add scenes like that while deviating from the comic books. It would have made Jobah Hex a lot more watchable!

well theres no point me stating she is super goddamn hot, thats like stating the sky is blue, its obvious

and I hate to say it, but is there any point doing a Kick-Ass sequel? Kick-Ass is a superb movie but it didnt need a sequel

I really want Chloe to play hit girl again because she rock ass she kick all the twilight stars ass, come millar stop lying , I really do want a sequel I know squeals are bad but i don't really care I just want to see more of Hitgirl
