If you're a score aficionado like myself, then you should be quite excited to hear what composer Brian Tyler has cooked up for Universal's upcoming Dark Universe launching pad because it looks to be one of the lengthiest film scores in recent memory.

Back Lot Music has unearthed the full set of details on the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack for The Mummy, which will feature thirty-six haunting original compositions from Tyler. The album is set to release day-and-date with the theatrical launch of the Tom Cruise-led monster movie, meaning it will become available June 9. A physical CD is also expected, but a release date has yet-to-be announced.

The 2x Primetime Emmy-nominated composer is best known for his work on the blockbuster Fast & Furious film series, having composed music for five of the last six installments, and for his work in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, providing the soundtracks for Avengers: Age of Ultron, Thor: The Dark World, and Iron Man 3. More recently, he's tackled the soundtrack albums for xXx: Return of Xander Cage and Power Rangers.

The digital deluxe edition is currently available to pre-order on iTunes.

Plus, here's yesterday's Facebook Live Q&A:

Tom Cruise headlines a spectacular, all-new cinematic version of the legend that has fascinated cultures all over the world since the dawn of civilization: The Mummy.

Thought safely entombed in a crypt deep beneath the unforgiving desert, an ancient queen (Sofia Boutella of Kingsman: The Secret Service and Star Trek Beyond) whose destiny was unjustly taken from her is awakened in our current day, bringing with her malevolence grown over millennia and terrors that defy human comprehension.

From the sweeping sands of the Middle East through hidden labyrinths under modern-day London, The Mummy brings a surprising intensity and balance of wonder and thrills in an imaginative new take that ushers in a new world of gods and monsters.

The Mummy features:
Director: Alex Kurtzman
Tom Cruise as Nick Morton
Sofia Boutella as Princess Ahmanet/The Mummy
Annabelle Wallis as Jenny Halsey
Jake Johnson as Sgt. Chris Vail
Courtney B. Vance as Colonel Greenway
Russell Crowe as Dr. Henry Jekyll/Mr. Hyde
Marwan Kenzari as Malik
Javier Botet as Set
Selva Rasalingam as King Menehptre
Dylan Smith as Lorenzo Montanari
Rez Kempton as Foreman
Chasty Ballesteros as Kira Lee

I had no idea Danny is composing a song for this movie and I'm glad to hear he is. What he has done in the past has been great and there is a reason when you think of Batman you always hear his song after all.

25. Pathogen of Evil (2:04)

We get it, you are evil.

As a sidenote, surely 'Dawn Of Evil' should occur earlier in the score listings than 'Beyond Evil' :L

Like I still feel 'Rise of the Planet of the Apes' and 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' should have switched titles...

Brian Tyler is one of the worst things to have happened to the MCU.

Apart from his "Into Eternity" track from the second Thor film, every other track is either completely forgettable, or interchangeable with something else. Just try to listen to his main themes for Thor 2, Iron Man 3, and the first TMNT back to back.

I'm going to see this. I'm a Tom Cruise mark. I like the man, and I regret nothing.

I think Tom Cruise is playing Van Helsing. I remember when Universal first announced this whole thing a few years ago they mentioned Tom Cruise was playing Van Helsing and producing.
