Universal Pictures has officially announced that the long-awaited trailer for Tom Cruise's next major blockbuster, The Mummy, will finally arrive this Sunday.

As part of their announcement, they've debuted an awesome fifteen-second sneak peek, which provides us with our first real look at actual footage from the upcoming Alex Kurtzman-directed monster movie. Cruise provides the only dialogue, but we also get to see his co-stars in action, including Annabelle Wallis, Russell Crowe as Dr. Jekyll, and Sofia Boutella as the titular villainess. We also have a very welcoming poster for you to enjoy.

Check out everything below:

Tom Cruise headlines a spectacular, all-new cinematic version of the legend that has fascinated cultures all over the world since the dawn of civilization: The Mummy.

Thought safely entombed in a crypt deep beneath the unforgiving desert, an ancient queen (Sofia Boutella of Kingsman: The Secret Service and Star Trek Beyond) whose destiny was unjustly taken from her is awakened in our current day, bringing with her malevolence grown over millennia and terrors that defy human comprehension.

From the sweeping sands of the Middle East through hidden labyrinths under modern-day London, The Mummy brings a surprising intensity and balance of wonder and thrills in an imaginative new take that ushers in a new world of gods and monsters.

The Mummy features:
Director: Alex Kurtzman
Tom Cruise as Tyler Colt
Annabelle Wallis as Jenny Halsey
Sofia Boutella as The Mummy
Jake Johnson in an undisclosed role
Marwan Kenzari in an undisclosed role
Courtney B. Vance as an Army Colonel
Russell Crowe as Dr. Henry Jekyll/Mr. Hyde

The real question: How much is Tom Cruise going to run in this movie?

I like that they seem to have gone with a proper horror tone at least.

@RorMachine - the first Brendan Frasier Mummy is still one of my favorite movies. Great mix of action and scares. This looks to up the horror factor, I'm excited for this one

@CaptDeadpool - Action, horror, and comedy (even if unintentional). The Brendan Fraser Mummy is superior entertainment. I love it, and so far, this new one looks pretty great too.

@BrettMan - I thought the Benicio del Toro Wolfman was pretty good too, never understood the hate it got. Im excited to see Russel Crowe as Dr Jekyll

@CaptDeadpool - They never recaptured the balance they had in the first one for the sequels, but you're right... Frasier's Mummy was a damn entertaining film.

@Chewtoy - the first had a bit of classic Hollywood tone to it. Personally, I think having a kid in the sequel and taking it international on a bigger scale hurt the franchise

@CaptDeadpool - I can't think of any franchise that has ever been helped by adding a child.

Looks better than The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor....

@RevanOfKrypton - Well, at least that movie had Isabella Leong for me to look at, so it had something going for it. I'll need to see more of this one to know if I want to give it a chance.

@BatesMT - Me i just couldn't stand the replacement of Rachel Weisz...

Maria Bello was really annoying

@RevanOfKrypton - Could not agree more!

@RevanOfKrypton - It was an odd choice, considering how easily they could have simply written her character out of the movie. She wasn't integral to the plot of it.

@Chewtoy - Totally agree with you... it would've been better.
Just a father and son adventure just like Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
