It would make sense for the Mini-Series to be Peggy Carter/Retro-SHIELD as being set in the past means none of the characters in it can turn up in later solo films or Avengers films. Set it anytime after the 'Agent Carter' short film and it could also include perhaps Howard Stark, Mrs Stark, original Jarvis, Dum Dum, Chester Phillips - and depending what decade they set it in (the Cold War?) even a young Nick Fury and/or Hank Pym. It could be one overal arc but lay some groundwork for something in the present day MCU films - e.g. what/who is Zodiac?
For the four drama series I guess it would be from these;
Runaways (a fairly self-contained teenage focussed story)
Daredevil (a courtroom drama)
The Punisher (depending on who buys it, this could be the way for the MCU to include a more mature/violent story)
Heroes for Hire (Weekly assignments would give variety, tell their origins in flashbacks)
AKA Jessica Jones (has been 'in development' for a while?)
Hulk (would need to be set before 'The Incredible Hulk', and show him on the run)
Blade (tricky to bring vampires into the establised MCU)
Since most of these are street-level they could reference/crossover a bit, creating a MTVU wihin the MCU. We could then have some of them join the Avengers...
