In a recent interview with Attack of the Show over at G4. The actor gives a candid interview and jokes about his time on Red, the Willis fight scene, his character and his research with the CIA. The actor also talks about his upcoming Judge Dredd reboot. In which he discusses the training for the role, his excitement for the movie and confirms that 'his' Dredd will be keeping the iconic helmet on.

On his fight with Bruce Willis;

"When i threw the coffee mug at him, he got his hand up and blocked it, but it smashed into a million pieces and cut his forehead, so blood was drawn. Bruce was cool about it, his make-up artist was a little pissed, so i spent the rest of the shoot in fear of Jerry (the make-up artist), when Jerry comes after you with that mascara, watch out, you're in danger"

His Character;

"Well, i play a CIA hit-man and my job is to hunt down Bruce Willis and liquidate him and that proves to be a little more difficult than anticipated. I'm not a bad guy in this film, but i do have to do pretty bad things."

On the subject of Dredd and keeping the helmet on;

"Yeah well, you know what, that's the way the character was originally conceived by John Wagner back in '77. In my opinion, this is going to be the ‘Judge Dredd' movie that audiences have been waiting for since 1977 and we're going to 'rock it'."
