POWER RANGERS: Zordon's Chosen Five Take On Rita Repulsa In Three New TV Spots & New Promotional Art

Lionsgate has rolled out three more new TV spots for Power Rangers featuring snippets of all-new footage. They aren't too revealing, but we do get to learn how Billy ends up in detention. Check it out!

Considering Billy Cranston's reputation as a straight-A student and brilliant inventor, it was a little odd to see him sitting in study hall in the first teaser trailer that was released back in October, but now, it looks like we know exactly what he did to find himself in school on a Saturday alongside Jason & Kimberly.

A new TV spot reveals that Billy may have just let his curiousity get the best of him as he was placed in detention, shortly after his lunch box accidentally exploded in his locker, which is probably a much softer punishment than what it could have been.

Check out the three new spots below:

Plus, here's some new promotional artwork, via Power Rangers NOW, from the recently released Power Rangers Official Movie Poster Book.

So in a parallel universe Walter White made crystal so good that it makes kids believe they are superheroes?

@JoeMomma29 - everything about it... the acting, the effects, the fighting. It's indefensible now lol

This series/movie is running on pure nostalgia for 90's children

@Kman - while I totally agree, I feel it's relatable enough for younger audiences to enjoy. Let's hope it's at least a fun movie like the recent Ninja Turtle movies which weren't great but fun enough to enjoy.

This movie looks awful but my morbid curiosity won't let me skip it lol.

@TexasAvenger - Haha same. I predict blue ranger will be the film's breakout star, and everyone will hate the black(suit) ranger.
