It was pretty well-known that the Power Rangers would be receiving a redesign for their big screen reboot in 2017. While there will no doubt be some CGI touchups to their final looks, the suits used during filming were, for the most part, practical.

While we've already caught a glimpse of the new suits in several official and set photos, some fan photos from a display at Comic-Con have surfaced online, giving us a far more detailed look at the team's helmets, along with their redesigned Power Coins. Check them out below!

The pattern on the Helmets reminds me of bowling balls

Kind of looking forward to this movie in a fun way.

Only Jason and Kimberly's helmets seem to have any remote hint of the prehistoric creature theme...I wonder if they're keeping that...

I'm glad that of all the things they decided to keep for this reboot, it was the dumb coins and stupid-looking pouty-lipped helmets. Somehow these look even worse than many of the sentai series.

I'm pretty sure thick fabric, well-tailored jumpsuits would have looked so so much better.
