SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING: Take A Close-Up Look At The Ultimate Iron Man Mark XLVII Suit

We've caught glimpses of Tony Stark's Ultimate Iron Man suit in the trailers for Spider-Man: Homecoming, but the Hot Toys action figure provides a detailed look at the hero's awesome new look.

Iron Man will serve as a mentor of sorts to Peter Parker in Spider-Man: Homecoming, and as has become customary for the Armoured Avenger, he's getting a new look. While the helmet remains mostly the same, the body of the suit is very different to what we've seen before and clearly inspired by The Ultimates. Thanks to Hot Toys, we now have a detailed look at the hero's brand new look.

The Mark XLVII (Movie Promo Edition) Power Pose collectable figure is sophisticatedly crafted and designed with movie-accurate quality. It features a meticulously sculpted sleek,
streamline armour and trapezoid-shaped indent around the arc reactor. Equipped with 28 LED light-up points throughout the body, it is also given the iconic red and gold colour featured mostly on the helmet and shoulder, as well as the distinctive silver and dark silver coloured painting on the mid-section of the hero's armour.

What do you guys think of Spider-Man: Homecoming's take on Iron Man? Is it a look you'd like to see carry over into Avengers: Infinity War? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below.

Would have rather they just removed the gold altogether. Looks like 2 suits slapped together...but maybe that is what it is.

Isn't it just the 46 with a different paint job?

@IKidYouNotMan - Yep. But people think it's AWESOME! Even though the Ultimate suit is a completely different suit. Maybe it is awesome, I don't know...

Am I the only person who's nervous for this movie?

Iron Man's involvement is the only thing about this movie that piques my interest.

Sony must be so damn happy that they can use MCU's top dog in their film.
Hope they're happy now.
Could have done without spoiling all his scene tho.

You know... iron mans designs have generally looked pretty good in the movies (that Mark lll is Da BEST, though), but I've always been a bit miffed that they NEVER changed the design of the helmet/faceplate.

This looked to be a great opportunity to showcase some iconic imagery from the ultimate comics, with having the actual ultimate helmet design.

Maybe it's just that Ultimate Iron Man is my personal favorite. Iono.

It'd be cool if we actually got his Mark 39 Space Suit for IW.

@KWilly - I agree. If they arent going with this suit then I would love to see the Godkiller Armor he had during his time with the Guardians of the Galaxy. The helmet looked so badass
