The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is set to swing its way onto DVD and Blu-ray later this month, and to promote the release, Sony have shared a brief featurette giving us a behind-the-scenes look at that impressive scene which saw Spidey using his "Spider-Sense" to great effect in Times Square...

In The Amazing Spider-Man™ 2, for Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), life is busy – between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.

God, I was so tempted to end the teaser with, "...Sony have shared a brief featurette in a bid to tempt fans into buying a movie that they wish they could forget seeing the first time, never mind a second!" but I've upset more than enough people for one day. ;)

@THEDARKKNIGHT1939, Really? I like to consider TASM 2 as just one of those movies that I NEVER get tired of mocking. The Hobbit and Man of Steel round out the unholy trilogy of terrible movies for me too haha.

Costume was spit on, villains sucked bad, my
5 and 7 year olds even said They thought Electro
was yellow and green and Rhino wasn't a giant
weird looking robot with a horn. That should say
something about this movie. We're hoping that Marvel
gets Spidey back and gives us fans what we deserve
and that's accurate characters.
