Well, it´s for those who aren't smart enough to figure out TASM 2 details.

Now we seen Electro, Spider-Man but even Green Goblin, it's pretty sure this is all from Ultimate Spider-Man.(NOT DISNEY/MARVEL VERSION).

Well, first of all, some people will say: "Toys and movie? It can´t be same".
Well, i remember when first Lizard cartoon image leaked, then Toys leaked, and few month later we saw Spider-Man trailer and it confirmed that Toys were all real and right.



Second, most have no idea how Ultimate Spider-Man looks like, well, there you go:








Green Goblin and in TASM 2? We having 3 different villains?

Well, Electro is MAIN villain, Rhino is extra support villain(small roll) and Green Goblin we will see at end(min or less, teaser for TASM 3)

Yes, or why did they called Amazing Spider-Man from start when Marc Webb had idea of Ultimate Spider-Man from start?

Well, i read comments on facebook and people ask why Electro is blue. They keep saying that Marc Webb Spider-Man has nothing to do with comics.
I don´t get it, people do not know Ultimate Spider-Man?

Anyway, im glad they using Ultimate Green Goblin, or people will again say: "Another remake or rip off"

Raimi version:
Green Goblin = White guy in armor costume.

Marc Webb version:
Green (Skin, look) + Goblin (monster) = Green Goblin.

So, Marc Webb version is REAL GREEN GOBLIN

Well, Toys shows what is going to be in movie, its Official thing. Last time we saw TASM toys and leaks before movie came out and everything was true.

Yeah, i know, but this means Harry created Electro because Norman Osborn is so sick that he cant even come out of bed but Harry Osborn is just fine. So, he can do what he want and this makes me think that Harry Osborn is evil.

@FreedomFreeLife yeah i agree. I think they'll take that parts of the story-line from USM. I remember some pics with spidey checking on harry and harry looks highly troubled. Almost insane.

Man.. I really didn't care for the first one.. Not because of continuity or source arterial or anything.. It just wasn't a well written movie. It seemed very sporadic to me and rushed pretty much I really hope this second one is better. The lizard was the worst part of TASM and if that green goblin is real then wtf lol.. But like what fangz said.. If he's a good villain and the movie is actually good in terms of a good flick, ten it shouldn't matter how he looks. Like spiderman in 2002, to me that movie was great and I didn't care for the goblins suit, willem Dafoe puts on a real show for us and that makes it much better in my book..

^^ bingo. Hit the nail on the head. TASM is actually fairly close to the material it's just a poorly written film. The second looks like its shaping it out to be better though.

My question is that why isn't the sequel of the Amazing Spiderman called Ultimate Spiderman, would better name than Amazing Spiderman 2, IMO.

Well, why did they called first movie "Amazing Spider-Man" when it´s much closer to Ultimate Spider-Man? I know it´s mixed stuff but more than 50% sources and things are from Ultimate version.
They should called "Ultimate Spider-Man" and then "Ultimate Spider-Man 2"

I mean The Amazing Spider-Man feels so 1960...

Ok, its not set in the ultimate or 616 continuities - its has its own continuity Earth-120703... however unofficial the name might be, this is another multiverse from the comics.

And aren't ALL the Marvel movies more or less based on the Ultimate designs? At least costume wise?

What, would you prefer yellow spandex?

Those toys of ultimate green goin and black cat are toys of the ultimate Spider-Man comic run. They don't have anything to do with the movie

A name is a name. Most comic book flicks today are being based on Earth 1610 (Ultimate Universe). The last trilogy was more like Earth 616 (Th Core Universe.) I'm just hoping it doesn't become the new Spider man 3. Director shoe horning things the fans demanded all in one movie, too many villains, too many subplots and not enough development. Hopefully it will be better than the ALMOST Amazing Spidey flick from last year.

also the green goblin look is a bad movie,considering we've already seen a big green villain in the first movie with the lizard.

The whole thing with Harry as the Goblin is a bit disappointing. I mean, first Iron Patriot is taken from Norman and now Goblin too? Come on, Osborn is one of the greatest comic book characters I want to see him done justice.
