For all the bitching about Smallville screwing up Characters I have to say Slade looks pretty good. Hard to find a more perfect actor for the part. His eye is gone and I have seen a sword somewhere. Well done Smallville.

Umm technically its not a Superman Show. Its Clark Kent BEFORE he becomes Superman. As much as everyone would love to see him in the costume and fly (which I still hope will happen even before the finale) IT WAS SAID FROM THE BEGINNING THAT IT WONT HAPPEN UNTIL THE LAST EPISODE!! So if you hate the show please at least come on the articles with a legit reason like Deadpool or Tea.

or laugh like Grif and say "Shit Show"

have they got the eye patch on the right eye,in the above photo its his "right" eye & on the animated version its his "left".

they've only got the look of two characters right on this show zatanna & dr fate.

Very true too, got the costume right but I'm pi$$ed off how CW treated an iconic character like DR FATE, killing him off straight away with half the JSA, real shame lol.

Ya you can't beat ZATANNA dude... I'll tell you one episode you would enjoy... the Legion of Superheroes one, now that was a one off class episode!

its hilarious that when slade appeared a few episodes back people were bitching "waahhh he doesnt have an eyepatch...waaahhh he doesnt look like slade.......waaaaahhhh smallvile [frick]ed up another character" (yeah im talking about you deadpool)....and i said this is the early stages of the DCU so the characters are not fully developed yet. most likely something will happen in the episode and he will get his eyepatch and begin to evolve into the deathstroke we all know. just like clark is evolving into superman. and guesse what, that happened. and people are STILL bitching that he's not enough like the character and smallville is STILL getting it wrong. there is just no pleasing the haters who will hate no matter what smallville does. which is there right ofcourse but pretty pathetic and closed minded if you ask me.

Smallville made Green Arrow's costume a lot cooler IMO. I still think they should have got someone that wasn't as quite old for Slade, but whatever.

I hope he wears his costume, he probably won't, but it'd be nice.

the creative team behind smallville-what they've done is put a bit off bait on a fishing hook(seeing him fly & in costume) & are slowly reeling you in over ten years.

Okay, listen up, folks. The story they're telling on 'Smallville' is pretty much what they did with the beginning of 'Batman Begins'. The only difference is 'Batman Begins' condensed the hell out of it, and it worked!! That being said, to tell an age old in a different way isn't a new concept, kids. The comics have done it FOR YEARS!!!! Look up RE-INTERPRETATION!! That's what the show is. Thank you.
