No info on plot specifics, just a bit of fanboy conjecture. Could the world that Clark sent Zod and his people to actualy be Apokalips? If so, does that mean that Zod's return will have him battling Clark, or perhaps teaming up with him to stop Darkseid and his growing forces?

Depends on how they use Zod...
A "We must join forces to combat this even STRONGER and more dangerous foe!!!" scenario would be MEGAcrap.

They join forces to defeat Darkseid then an EPICASS fight goes down and a portal opens and sends back Darkseid and Zod tries to send Clark their so Zod can rule earth but then Clark escapes the portals grasp and sends Zod back.

Couldn't this Smallville news be left off the first page? I hate coming here and having things like this ruined for me by a headline on the main page. I'd much rather be surprised at the return of Zod or Kara, than know it's coming.

I love this site, and I come here multiple times a day for the latest CBM news, I just hate having surprises on one of my favourite shows ruined week after week.

Ed, I'm actually a big Smallville fan, and I hate to say it because the show gets trashed here daily, but your idea about the return of Zod is probably better than what they have in mind.

I think they should leave zod alone, they finished his arc well and no need to bring him back. It will turn into another super girl episode where zod is just left to fly around metropolis doing clarks job.

I personal think they should have Terance Stamp (The Original General Zod in the Superman Movies) make an on screen cameo appearance. For those of you who don't know he does the voice of Jor El on Smallville. Even if it was a small role it would be nice to see before the finale.

hmmmm.... @Markus-that would be super tight... But didnt he already have a cameo in the first episode in season 6 when Clark pulled the ZOD apirit form Lex's body... It looked just like Terrance Stamp did in Superman II.

I sure hope this picks up for the last half of the season. This is kinda sounding more of a "how many cameos can we put into the last season" show. I'm still waiting for the Rosenbaum finally say he'll cameo - which he should being that the show gave him a nice salary for 7 seasons.
