Smallville Movie Gets a Title

The planned two-part Justice Society-themed Smallville episodes will air as one movie, with a new title and a new release date!

CBM editor Ed Gross clued us in on the new release date of February 5th for the Smallville Justice Society movie, but now there's a new title, as well:

Smallville: Absolute Justice


Initially scheduled to air as two separate episodes, "Society" and "Legends," the movie will introduce Justice Society of America members Hawkman, Stargirl, and Doctor Fate.

Hopefully HAWKMAN will look like that but this is SMALLVILLE after all lol!

hmmm... dont know about this hawkman.. looks weak.. I know its exactly what he wears.. but I wish they would get someone more jacked for the part... ya know? and those wings are a little weak... Then again, I think it might be the still image they chose for it that looks bad.... we shall see....

This is shaping up to be something special, I actually cant wait (didnt think I'd ever say that about Smallville again after Season 8!)

It looks like a costume any CBM fan could have made. I hope it doesn't look as cheesy on film. Nice title for the movie though. I still have a lot of hope for what Dr. Fate's costume will look like.

Really, that's not a photo? Hmm...pretty damn good artwork then.

If the undefined arms aren't enough of a tip-off that the actor's not in the best shape, the moulded chest plate should give it away.

And, Watcher47, of course we want our depictions of jacked-up superheroes to be played by jacked-up actors.

They need 2 make more shows like this! idc what anyone says Smallville is awesome.. it has its ups and downs but then again what show hasnt? and plus so far its last 9 seasons with a possible 10th on the way! not gonna lie though he shouldve been superman by now lol

Nice pic and I'm looking forward to watching the TV movie but I think Shanks should've been to the gym and got toned before filming.

Now I'm left wondering how cheesy Dr. Fate is gonna look, and I'm more than a little concerned about that.

Still, I'm sure it can't be any worse than any one of the oufits they used in the Justice League TV Movie.

Sounds like a Steven Seagal movie. Is that him in the Hawkman suit? lol I don't watch much of Smallville, but I might check this out.

This is a place to voice opinions, and I Think everyone is being fairly respectful. If you think it's great, say so, personally I think it looks pretty good, even though it seems to be concept art rather than an actual photograph. Voicing your opinion is all well and fine but degrading people because you disagree with them is not.

Everybody looks good in the pics except Welling and THE BLACK CANARY-PURE CRAP. I hope the story line IS better than how the wimpy guy looks playing Hawkman. This guy if they just had to use him should've been Dr.Fate or Star Girl LOL. In ever comic I've ever seen Hawkman in he's hairy and buff if not hairy always buff.

@brianj22 that's why i said "here's hoping". i was hoping the movie does well n could change my opinion.

Can't wait to see live action JLA with all those cast (which never goin to happen but a man can dream though, can't they? cept maybe flash should get new cast btw)

Nice photo of Welling flying and everything but that was Welling about 5 yrs.ago. He's not quite the same any more he's a little heavy around the midsection. Im not sure he could get into one of those super suits anymore.

O.K. Smallville Justice League with those outfits 2hr made for t.v. movie....would be great. Just get another Black Canary with long blonde hair,nice body,and some decent fighting skills she is a hand to hand combat specialist.
