Here is the image of the Smallville Prototype suit that Clark is using as an homage to his Kryptonian ancestors and for his escapades as the Red-Blue Blur. He made it himself and consists of a black shirt with the modern House of El emblem embedded onto it along with the color being blue. It then has black trousers with a black tenchcoat (think Peter Petrelli in Heroes Ep 1) that sort of mimics a cape. Getting this information from the word of Kelly Souders.
