@ Jp499 - if you've been around this site for awhile you would have seen that I am one of the few that backed the show. I am a fan of Smallville, shit in matter of fact I wouldn't mind seeing TW as Supes in the movie but BUT this show cocked teased us. I get the fact that the show is about Clark, yada yada, no shit I understood and accepted it BUT BUT this finale show 218 was supposed to be him becoming the Icon, the symbolic symbol but all we [frick]ing got was a far away show cgi and close up of his grill...what the [frick] is that about. Look very simple....IF YOU PLAY THE SONG, THE SONG, THE FAMOUS BEATS OF SUPERMAN......THEN WE WANT A FULL ACTUAL SHOT OF HIM AND NOT SOME CARTOONISH CGI SHOT. That's it, no arguments can convince any true realist about the finale. The problem is some of you, are passive, people that are content with average, drinking too much of the [frick]ing koolaid the producers kept feeding us. REGARDING THE FINALE, 1 hour dedicated to a bs wedding, that could have been kept shorter, Green Arrow killing the 3 with one arrow, and Lionel being the taken over by Darkseid....I didn't mind that latter but shit rather then having Darkseid/Lionel throwing CK across the [frick]ing barn....SHOW US OMEGA BEAMS from his eye, At least give us that much...then CK flying through Darkseid/Lionel would have been acceptable as well. But back to the CGI/Cartoonish shots, are you truly serious that the last 10 minutes left you content????? if you say yes, I feel bad for you because you're lying to yourself....very simple, If you play the iconic song during the last 10 minutes then show us the man in the suit, from head to toe, some real shit instead of CGI...now that doesn't make sense...the producers can suck on some camel nuts for having us come along for 10 years and show us this finale and TW, he's exec' producer he should have also realized that we wanted more...In conclusion I truly believe it was WB forcing them not too, it gotta be because people can't be this stupid

I agree EdGross it is quite disgusting and disrespectful to the people who put in ten years of their lives into this show, not get one 10 second full body shot of the suit.

I certainly hope that there exists an extended version of the finally when it is released on bluray and DVD. he had to have put the entire suit on at some point during the shoot and then decided to just run with the tease. If not then it would make complete sense why he was never considered for Returns or MOS due to his fear of the myth of the Superman curse. If this is the case that he's been yellow this whole time then what was the point for signing on as Clark Kent if it was a given that transformation was inevitable in the first place? None.

It's sad that I'll probably still watch it, I have nothing better to do at 10pm (when it's usually aired on E4+1)
