So happy for Idris he truly deserved the award. Beasts of no Nation was an incredible film.

After watching Spotlight Marvel needs to take further steps at making a Hulk movie. The potential of a film with Mark Ruffalo going through the emotions of being the Hulk and coming to terms with it would be in great. His acting is Spotlight was amazing.

Wait you're telling me the stunt doubles for Game of Thrones won over the [frick]ing martial arts brutality of Daredevil? [frick] this

Brie Larson was also in a CBM (Scott Pilgrim).

Why is this such a big deal? It's not like they won for their roles in actual comic book films. And the closest thing to that was MM:FR.

This isn't a win for CBM's, folks. People like Spacey and Elba have been winning awards long before they starred in anything comic book related.
