Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Toys Revealed at Toy Fair 2009

Hasbro has rolled out a huge Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen display at Toy Fair 2009 in New York City this weekend. While there are many other 'bots on display it seems the centerpiece of the display is...Devastator! There are pictures of the vehicles in their individual forms as well as when they're combined to form Devastator.

That's awesome. Devastator is going to be massive. Cant believe he is as big as he is in the trailer. Thats not even him at full size. How the hell do you stop him? Fortress Maximus?

Sweet..so the one in the trailer with the big wheel is only part of Devastator....jeezus...This just shows more how much this movie will rock

Hey guys 'm not as much as a Transformers expert as you guys are but I'm confused to as who are the good transformers in this one??? obciously bumblebee and optimus and the originals but i do not know about Arcee, Sideswipe, Jolt etc. So as far as we know which T-formers will be in this one, which are the good and bad guys???

the picture of Bumblebee looks very detailed. i hope he looks that good when they release the toy, i plan on gettin him and sideswipe for sure

thought i was the only one who saw jarjarbinx there! LOL. As for the bumblebee, i guess that's probably one of those bigger scaled toys and much more expensive too! Ill juz get Sideswipe and a couple more bots. :)

i cud care less about their faces. i think they look cool. im afraid if they try to give them human-like faces like in the cartoon, they might look more like power ranger zords or somtin, na mean. it'll make them look more kid friendly n stuff.

Devastaor!!! It would be kinda cool if the Big D had a more human appearance Just cuz it would be sweet to see a Giant robot that has..... ya know its early and i dont know how quite to explain this desire to see a huge human like robot with a face. Either way i loved the first one and i cant wait for this one. Optimus 4 life baby. I am sad though that JetFire will not have that cool white and red Robotech Look. But again this is gonna be F'ing sweet!

James just cuz u said that I'm gonna go buy the ice cream truck now. Just look at sweet tooth in twisted metal black. He could transform and was one of the best characters to be in the game. Plus he was a psycho clown.

If the make another bumblebee that is really big I would get that too. I bought the 1st one and love all the stuff that it does. It was well worth the money. I do plan on gettin at least all the autobots for the movie.I do have all the characters from the 1st movie... And even a couple from the game. I know I will get Barricade(Audi R8) for sure bc he is awsome

Laffa Taffa, LOL... Hope the robot version doesnt look like a Psycho clown. Im curious as to how his bot form would look like.

As for the toys, there's are two huge Bumblebee Toys. One with a poseable sam which could climb onto Bumblebee and one Ultimate Version with functional Headlights. I guess you better save up now. LOL

The ugly toys are the legend class. Looks shitty. The Deluxe class seems to of the same quality as the 6 inch version that most of the figures were last year... those are the ones ill probably get. :)

My Favorite versions of the new toys for TF are the Automatic Transformers animated. Those things are a bit silly but Frickin sweet!

Ok... i did looked at the toys one last time and i saw that there arent 5 constructicons but actually 6 and that doesnt even include the HUGE unicycle bot that's in the trailers.

Here's how it goes:

Cement truck - head
2 bright yellow construction vehicles - 2 arms
Green Truck - Right leg
Bulldozer with Tank wheels - Left Leg
Redorange truck - shoulders and crotch

That's 6 all in all and the unicycle bot doesnt fit anywhere. I also dont think that the Constructicons will have individual robot modes and juz form into Devastator (but i HOPE im wrong).

EDIT: I checked the toys again and it seems that Hasbro has made two different toys for the Constructicons.

One for Devastator and one for individual transformation which is why i though the huge unicycle didnt fit anywhere... its coz there are two versions of him

the two wheeled bot is the excavator named scavenger. i believe that the others do not have robot forms and that scavenger actually does what his name suggests and collects more add on vehicles he can use to mae himself larger. as the allspark has taught us, a transformer can be made out of any machine ( i.e. mountain dew). scavenger is the piece that connects the pieces. he is a large excavator. the cement truck goes on top of him to form a new head, the crane makes his left arm, and a large bulldozer forms the right arm. the green dump truck forms the right leg and the smaller yellow bulldozer forms the left leg.

Blacksword, sorry bro but you're wrong there although your idea is cool. :)

Scavenger was revealed in the toys and the trailers to have a bot form but he's not the only one. Another constructicon (yellow) toy was released and has a cool bot form as well. So that means each of em probably will have a bot form coz if one of em other than Scavenger can transform, no reason for the others not to.
