That is, if they can find a way to grow up…both figuratively and literally. Following the defeat of Mr. Nobody, the members of the Doom Patrol now find themselves mini-sized and stranded on Cliff’s toy race car track. Here they begin to deal with their feelings of betrayal by Niles Caulder aka The Chief (Timothy Dalton), while confronting their own personal baggage. And as each member faces the challenge of growing beyond their own past traumatic experiences, they must come together to embrace and protect the newest member of the family: Dorothy Spinner (Abigail Shapiro), Niles’ daughter, whose powers remain a mysterious but real threat to bringing on the end of the world.

OT: We got the deleted introduction of smart hulk that was planned for infinity war. Gotta say, i dont know how it would've fit in, but its so good for his arc.

Think theh really botched Dorothy by making her Niles' daughter. She was much more sympathetic in Morrison's run.

The team seems to run on with their personal problems a bit too long. The cyborg stuff doesnt feel like it belongs still. The underground stuff with Jane seems like a bit much now too.

@Nightmare - I think it’s the arc for now, you just overthinking the moment. Dorothy is a great character and she has the potential to grow just like any other character and her being Niles Daughter adds serious weight and emotion.

Everything has a purpose, the main reason people fell in love with the series is because of those elements. It’s tv series, things shouldn’t progress as fast as you want it.

@Avidwatcher21 - what's to overthink? Shes a pest. She was a great character in the books but at times with artistic liberties, characters get forced into storylines. Cyborg has no need to be there tho. Josh Clay could have filled the needs and source accuracy.
