SNART VISITS HIS PAST; STEIN AND RAY TEAM UP — Rip (Arthur Darvill) decides to weaken Vandal Savage (Casper Crump) by going after his financial assets. Rip and Sara (Caity Lotz) infiltrate Savage’s bank, but are discovered by his men. Meanwhile, Snart (Wentworth Miller) and Rory (Dominic Purcell) talk Jax (Franz Drameh) into taking the jump ship back to Central City so they can steal a valuable emerald. Professor Stein (Victor Garber) guides Ray (Brandon Routh) on a dangerous mission. Dermott Downs directed the episode written by Marc Guggenheim & Chris Fedak (#103).

When heroes alone are not enough… the world needs legends. Having seen the future, one he will desperately try to prevent from happening, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter is tasked with assembling a disparate group of both heroes and villains to confront an unstoppable threat — one in which not only is the planet at stake, but all of time itself. Can this ragtag team defeat an immortal threat unlike anything they have ever known?

Legends Of Tomorrow features:
Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer/The Atom
Victor Garber as Professor Martin Stein/Firestorm
Caity Lotz as Sara Lance/White Canary
Arthur Darvil as Rip Hunter
Ciara Renée as Kendra Saunders/Hawkgirl
Franz Drameh as Jay Jackson
Wentworth Miller as Leonard Snart/Captain Cold

I was happy to see they toned down the hot head and the cool guy puns and dialogue, those two seem like real characters now, not just some walking punchlines.

Ok, please don't see this as me hating or being a troll but I feel like they've managed to do more cool Atom stuff in this one episode than they did in the whole Ant-Man movie...on a TV budget...

*Disclosure* I actually did enjoy Ant-Man so this is not me hating...

The 2nd ep was a step up from the 1st episode. I've gotta give it that.

I knew they'd kill off Hawkman. If they're going further into the past, they can just pick up another.

I hope the next person to get killed off will be Hawkgirl, because out of all the characters the Hawks are the least interesting.

Holy balls. I'm trying, really trying, to watch episode 2. I'm at the point where the Professor meets his 70's self (no spoilers, whatever..its time travel bs so you know that shizzle is going to happen, probably over and over and over again....blah).

This show is amazingly bad. The dialogue is terrible! The plot of this episode is so freaking predictable, and I believe I saw Captain Cold swing his weapon to hit someone and its totally obvious he missed. So I see the fight choreography is as bad as on Arrow and Flash.

I'm shutting this garbage off. I thought Agents of Shield was terrible, this is actually worse.

@Pathogen - no way is this worse than AoS. At least these characters have personalities in contrast to the cardboard personalities we have in AoS....

I suppose they will just go back to 2016 and pick up Carter again. Or go back in time and get a different version of him.

Does he get dumber or smarter everytime he gets killed?

I [frick]ing LOVE Sara in this. Palmer's always a hoot, and the Cold/Heatwave dynamic is a nice touch. I had reservation's about this show going into it and a bit still on the fence from watching the pilot, but I think I'm gonna enjoy this ride as much as I have Arrow and Flash's :D
