After taking a trip through memory lane in the show's 100th episode,
Supergirl is taking next week off, but when the show returns in two weeks, Kara (Melissa Benoist) finds herself working for Lex Luthor (Jon Cryer) when he assigns her a mission to protect Andrea Rojas (Julie Gonzalo), but she quickly discovers that all may not be what it seems.
Meanwhile, Lena (Katie McGrath) continues working with Lex and prepares to move forward with Non Nocere.
