“I hope it will happen, there’s talk of it. I don’t know who’s writing it but I hear there’s something going on.”
How would Gillian make a fourth X-Files?
“I’ve always wanted to do a spoof of the X-Files as a film. We talked about that for a long time but maybe after three features we could get to do a spoof feature.”
A spoof for the fourth feature? I don't want see that. If you want to spoof the series then go on Saturday Night Live, but I'm not sitting through a comedy version.
First off talk of a third film is surprising since the last film was such a disappointment. The second film departed from the alien conspiracy theories which rocketed the series into a top ten rated show while in it's prime.
Hopefully the third film can return to what made the show so intriguing to begin with.
