Richard E. Grant Joins The Cast Of GAME OF THRONES Season 6
"I demand to have some booze!" We don't know who he'll be playing yet, but the Withnail And I actor's agency CV confirms that he will have a role in the sixth season of HBO's Game Of Thrones. Click on for more, and to let us know which character you think he'll be...
I'm going to try to keep the Withnail quotes to a minimum... but I can't promise anything. According to Winter Is Coming (who cite his official agency CV), Richard E. Grant (Downton Abby, Girls, Bram Stoker's Dracula) has joined the cast of Game Of Thrones season 6 in an undisclosed role.
There are still several main characters yet to be cast, such as Sam's father Randyll Tarly and Theon's uncle Aeron Greyjoy - plus there's always the chance he could be playing someone created just for the TV series.
Whoever Grant winds up as, he's bound to bring them to life with the same brilliance he's displayed throughout his career - and if he gets the opportunity to call someone a "terrible c*nt", well that's just a bonus.
We'll update when we find out more, but for now let us know who you think he's been cast as in the usual place. Game Of Thrones returns to HBO early next year.
