AGATHA: COVEN OF CHAOS Star Kathryn Hahn Teases More Songs In Upcoming Disney+ Series

"Agatha All Along" broke the internet two years ago, and ahead of her return in Agatha: Coven of Chaos, WandaVision star Kathryn Hahn has teased the likelihood of more catchy songs in the Disney+ series.

WandaVision introduced us to the MCU's take on Agatha Harkness, with Kathryn Hahn's villainous witch going undercover in Westview as "Agnes" in a bid to steal the Scarlet Witch's powers. Her plan ultimately failed and Agatha was left trapped in the mind of her sitcom counterpart.

We'll return to Westview in Agatha: Coven of Chaos, but should we expect more catchy songs? "Agatha All Along" revealed that she was responsible for some of the sinister events in Wanda Maximoff's new reality, and Hahn has now teased more songs for the upcoming spin-off.

Talking to TV Line, the actress revealed what excites her most about revisiting this role.

"Um, her costumes and her nails. They’re fabulous," Hahn started. "And who knows, there may be a little song here or there...but no one is saying anything about that - certainly not me!"

So, it sounds like we're definitely more tunes, though topping WandaVision's Emmy-winning effort will be no easy feat. We've actually had our suspicions about Agatha: Coven of Chaos including musical numbers for a while, especially after Tony Award and Grammy winner Patti Lupone was added to the show's cast.

It will be fun seeing how Marvel Studios handles these songs, especially as we're no latter trapped in the confines of the Scarlet Witch's sitcoms. However, with magic at play (it's thought Agatha is targeted by a Coven of witches), we're gearing up to take a closer look at the MCU's weird, wacky side.

WandaVision Head Writer Jac Schaeffer will return in that role and as a director, with the full creative team revealed last Friday. Ironheart will pit science against magic, of course, and between these stories and Werewolf by Night, it seems Marvel Studios is finally going to explore the MCU's supernatural side.

Agatha: Coven of Chaos is currently set to premiere on Disney+ sometime in late 2023 or early 2024.

Can't wait for all the comments to say how absolutely necessary this show is.

Anyway, I'd like more songs. Maybe even a full-on musical episode

um, who, who asked for this?

the brainless Marvel fanboys will watch anything with the Marvel logo, then spend their next paycheck on Funko Pops based on it.

@JobinJ - New IPs are not made because someone asked for it. Did someone ask for the original Star Wars? For Matrix? For Blade Runner? No, they just got made. Can we stop with this stupid question? Just say you are not interested in it and be done with it. Why does it matter so much to you what other people watch or not? You don't need to watch as well.

@bobevanz - you can disagree and not insult your peers at the same time. Calling fans "brainless" is a good way to stir up illwill

I think this show will be worse than a bar floor after the last night of Oktoberfest.

I found WandaVision disjointed & fairly stupid.

I will watch this, but like most of the MCU TV shows, I was very underwhelmed.

WandaVision was very good
Loki was good in places

As for the rest and what's coming,Secret Invasion might be good and maybe Armour Wars but everything else....

If they wanted to make a Wanda Vision 2, why didnt they just do that? This, Echo and Iron Heart should have been dropped. Whatever those Wakanda shows are (rumored) should be dropped too. If they are building up to Young Avengers, no one cares.

I'd honestly rather watch a Selvi series. At least she was interesting.
