LEGO Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. - Minifigure Concept Design - Deathlok

Celebrating the conclusion of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D's Season 1, I intend to create several LEGO minifigure concept designs for characters in the TV show.

The Deathlok concept is adapted for the television series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, which is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The show's primary Deathlok is Mike Peterson who is introduced in the show's pilot episode.

The details on the chest was very hard to do as many small details had to be put on this minifigure and the fact that a new mould would be used made it harder.

I too like the expression. Like he's sorrowful and stuff. The design is on point too.

I am probably in the one percent in liking the TV design compared to the terminator in a wrestling leotard that people wanted. That said, I think you did an awesome job here and I would buy it right now. I think it might work better with the vest and back being something you snap over the figure before you click the head on because on the the show, his from and back are offset from his body. Seriously though, this is a really cool idea, great job!

A shame they didn't just use the classic Deathlok. Perhaps it will be an 'unlockable' item.
