Britt will be making his debut in the March 4th episode titled "Tahiti". Here's a synopsis.

"TAHITI" - Coulson goes on the attack to save Skye--enlisting the aid of Ward's former S.O. John Garrett (Bill Paxton)--and uncovers shocking truths about his own life and S.H.I.E.L.D., on "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D."

@Jobin you're right. SHIELD would have more mature experienced agents handling missions. More like May and Coukson not Ward, Ske and FitzSimmons. I have to assume that the young gents are EXTREMELY gifted and at the top if their class. But, experienced agents seem better

It's John Garrett. I mean, honestly, he's actually a comic character, yet the last 2 articles have both gotten his name wrong.
