After barely living, we found out, in the season finale, that Agent Fitz was subject to brain damage. How bad the brain damage, we don't know. However, we do know that the character will be changed forever. Many people have many speculations of what will happen. However, I feel as if my idea may be somewhat true.

This photo was posted on the Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. facebook page on Iain De Caestecker's birthday. It was created by Paul Mounts and Joe Queseda, Marvel Editor-in-chief. I think that it may be likely that Fitz comes out barely alive, but is composed and communicates through an A.I. Be it a monkey A.I. or likewise, it seems that it would be a valid speculation.

One of the main reasons I believe so strongly in this is that it could connect with Avengers: AOU.

Do you agree? Do you think I'm completely insane? Sound off below!

May well connect with AOU, but the plots will impact each other as much as Arnim Zola and the Clairvoyant did with TWS and AOS. Meaning in the barest of ways.

@GliderMan

Exactly. Like I said, in the barest of ways...or not at all. So, kinda like how Agents of Shield and Winter Soldier totally worked in tandem, but didn't REALLY rely on each other plotwise, I'd expect the same with Avengers 2.
