It is I, Verzwei, once again with several ideas of whom would be playing the Inhumans in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This time it'll be mostly images and a few comments on both actor and character, unlike my previous contribution to this forgotten land. Let's start, shall we?
Rodrigo Santoro as Blackagar Boltagon
The King of the Inhumans is indeed a hard part for an actor: he can't speak and relies heavily in body launguage to show his presence and express himself. For the Silent King, I think one of the best choises is the brazilian actor Rodrigo Santoro. He has proven himself as a capable actor in movies like 300 and Focus, also in some works of the Brazilian TV you can also see how he has a great body launguage on the roles he takes. Also, he really looks like Black Bolt.
Why not Vin Diesel? Many fans have been fancasting Vin Diesel (I know, it's madness...) for this role, but in my opinion, as much as Vin is a decent actor, most of his skills are for action movies full of explosions and cars, and his body launguage while acting is either "Go to HELL!!" or "I'm gonna hit you in the face!". He also looks nothing like Black Bolt...
Sarah Lancaster as
Medusa Amalequin
For the Inhuman Queen, I think the beautiful Sarah Lancaster would be a great pick. She can play a powerful woman as she has proven in previous roles and she's gorgeous! Just imagine her with a long red hair and the attitude of a powerful queen!
Tom Mison as Maximus the Mad
For the role of the Maximus, you need someone who can really act both deceiving gentle and a complete madman searching for power and the throne of Attilan. In my opinion, Tom Mison is the best one to be considered. Currently, he's a man out of his time called Ichabod Crane and there you can see his depth as an actor. He would an amazing Maximus!
Jude Law as Karnak
Karnak is really a hard character to make the comics-to-screen transition considering he looks silly and he doesn't have one of the best costumes arround the comics. Usually, when a character hits the MCU, they get an upgrade in both costume and personality. Jude Law would be the best to bring him new life with his vast gamma of acting skills.
Sullivan Stapleton as Gorgon
Although he doesn't have the muscles, I think Sullivan Stapleton would be a great Gorgon! He has the skills to play the huge mountain of muscles and brains that the Gorgon is. The ripped body could be added digitally... Not much to talk about here.
Abigail Breslin as Crystal
For Crystal, I think they should go a little younger with her. Abigail Breslin would do a fine work portraying the woman that makes Quicksilver's heart go faster! Look at her, she's adorable and would be a good contrast with Aaron Taylor-Johnson.
Dave Franco as Dante
Indeed, Dante is a relatively new character introduced during the Inhumanity Mini-event last year. It would be interesting to have him as the main character for the Inhuman with Dave Franco playing him, considering Black Bolt can't speak and all. The plot could be losely based on Dante's awakening as a inhuman and being tuttored by the Royal Family and, in act two, Maximus would team-up with Lash to conquer Attilan.
Javier Bardem as Lash
With his great acting skills,
Javier Bardem could be one of the greatest threats the Inhumans of Attilan has ever faced.
Lash is a powerful inhuman which would act as the shadow behind the plot of the movie, trying to recruit inhumans he deems worthy for his twisted objectives.
