JESSICA JONES: Netflix Reveals Season 2 Episode Titles Through Stunning Pulp Artwork Posters
With Jessica Jones season two set to premiere on Thursday, Netflix has debuted thirteen new pulp artwork posters, revealing all thirteen episode titles and teasing what to expect this year. Check it out!
After witnessing her friend Matt Murdock make the ultimate sacrifice last summer, Jessica Jones will return for her second season this Thursday with a renewed purpose.
Earlier this morning, Netflix released thirteen new episodic posters, paying tribute to Jessica's long comic book history as a pulp detective. Each poster features exclusive artwork from female artists from all around the world and reveals each season two episode title. The illustrations also offer up vague teases about the upcoming season and what challenges Jessica is going to face.

Episode 201 - "AKA Start at the Beginning"
The season premiere was helmed by Anna Foerster, who is best known for her work on Underworld: Blood Wars and Outlander. Showrunner Melissa Rosenberg penned the episode's script.
Stephanie Hans completed the poster, which doesn't offer up many clues about what's to come, but based on the episode title, we can safely assume Jessica will begin work on her latest case at the start of the hour.
Episode 202 - "AKA Freak Accident"
Minkie Spiro, who previously helmed episodes of Better Call Saul and Downton Abbey, directs the second episode with a script from Aïda Mashaka Croal.
Jen Bartel provides the illustration for this poster, which sees Jessica (Krysten Ritter) and Trish Walker (Rachael Taylor) team-up to confront a hooded bad guy.
Episode 203 - "AKA Sole Survivor"
Mairzee Almas directs the season's third episode with a script from Lisa Randolph (Star Trek: Discovery). Almas has a long history of directing comic book television series, including Smallville, Arrow, The 100, Legends of Tomorrow, iZombie, and Lucifer.
This poster was done by Elizabeth Torque and features Jessica sitting atop her desk with a bottle of whiskey right by her side.
Episode 204 - "AKA God Help The Hobo"
Episode four has Deborah Chow in the director's chair with a script from Jack Kenny. Chow is best known for helming The High Cost of Living and has also directed episodes of The Vampire Diaries, TURN: Washington's Spies, Reign, and Fear the Walking Dead.
Kate Niemczyk completed this illustration, which sees Jessica at odds with law enforcement - or, at least, who we think is law enforcement.
Episode 205 - "AKA The Octopus"
The Flash and 30 Rock veteran Millicent Shelton directs with a script from Jamie King, who wrote season one's "AKA Sin Bin" and contributed to the first season finale, "AKA Smile."
Jessica (Krysten Ritter) finds herself dangerously close to an octopus in this illustration from artist Colleen Doran.
Episode 206 - "AKA Facetime"
Jet Wilkinson, who has helmed episodes of The Punisher and Iron Fist, directs episode six, which features a screenplay from Supernatural vet Raelle Tucker.
Jessica (Krysten Ritter) and Trish Walker (Rachael Taylor) are on the case in this exclusive piece from artist Erica Henderson.
Episode 207 - "I Want Your Cray Cray"
Former Agent Carter director Jennifer Getzinger turns her attention to another female-led Marvel series, taking the helm for episode seven. Producer Hilly Hicks, Jr. provides the script.
Jessica (Krysten Ritter) narrowly escapes with her life as her car is engulfed in flames in this poster from artist Audrey Mok.
Episode 208 - "AKA Ain't We Go Fun"
Zetna Fuentes, whose credits include iZombie, Pretty Little Liars, Jane the Virgin, Scandal, and Shameless, directs episode eight with a script from Gabe Fonseca, who has previously worked on The Night Shift and Private Practice.
This poster, completed by Joyce Chin, sees Jessica (Krysten Ritter) descend a spooky staircase while a mysterious hand awaits at the bottom.
Episode 209 - "AKA Shark In The Bathtub, Monster In The Bed"
The Walking Dead and White Collar alum Rosemary Rodriguez returns to direct another episode, after helming season one's "AKA 1,000 Cuts." Supernatual vet Jenny Klein penned the script.
Jessica (Krysten Ritter) sits on her bed while a sniper sits outside, setting his sights on the unsuspecting detective in this poster from artist Jenny Frison.
Episode 210 - "AKA Pork Chop"
Neasa Hardiman, who helmed an episode of Marvel's Inhumans, directed the hour with a screenplay from Aïda Mashaka Croal, who also provided the script for episode two.
Amy Reeder completed this poster, which features Jessica (Krysten Ritter) in trouble as a shadowy figure stands behind her with a big bat.
Episode 211 - "AKA Three Lives and Counting"
Quantico and Once Upon A Time vet Jennifer Lynch helms the episode while Jack Kenny and Lisa Randolph teamed up to complete the episode's script, which might suggest that this could be a big hour for our heroine.

Episode 212 - "AKA Pray For My Patsy"
The Gifted and The Vampire Diaries alum Liz Friedlander helms the penultimate episode, which features a script from Raelle Tucker & Hilly Hicks, Jr.
Uh oh. It looks like Trish Walker (Rachael Taylor) may be in serious trouble as we see a bunch of scattered posters and Jessica (Krysten Ritter) wielding a gun, hoping to find her best friend safe and sound. June Brigman completed this illustration.
Episode 213 - "AKA Playland"
Primetime Emmy-nominee Uta Briesewitz, who helmed "AKA I've Got the Blues" in season one, returns to direct the season two finale. Showrunner Melissa Rosenberg provides the screenplay with a story from Jesse Haris.
Annie Wu provides the thirteenth and final poster, which has Jessica (Krysten Ritter) surrounded by a wall of mirrors as she inches closer to solving her latest case.
After a tragic ending to her short-lived super hero stint, Jessica Jones is rebuilding her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases involving people with extraordinary abilities in New York City.
