We heard from The Punisher star Jon Bernthal earlier today, & now Krysten Ritter has reacted to the Jessica Jones cancellation announcement with an Instagram photo of her own. Check it out after the jump.
Earlier today, Netflix completed its purge of all Marvel shows as we got official word that both Jessica Jones and The Punisher will join Daredevil, Iron Fist and Luke Cage on the cancelled list.
Jon Bernthal already shared a tribute to his character while thanking the fans for their support, and now Krysten Ritter has followed suit.
Ritter took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes photo from a recent Jessica Jones season 3 table read. The actress is pictured alongside cast mates Rachael Taylor, Eka Darville, and Carrie Anne Moss, as well as showrunner Melissa Rosenberg.
This is obviously sad news for fans of the show, but at least we will get to see the hard-drinking PI return for one final adventure when Jessica Jones season 3 airs later this year.
