Though this doesn't appear to have been officially released, a new teaser for Marvel and Hulu's Runaways has popped up online. A lot of the footage has carried over from the leaked trailer, but there are a few new shots in there, too.

It's quite short, but we do get quick glimpses of each of the six teen heroes, as they come together upon discovering that their parents are members of a supervillain team known as The Pride. Plus, there's a definite hint that the team's genetically engineered dinosaur, Old Lace, might well be making an appearance.

Runaways is expected to premiere this winter or early next spring.

“Runaways follows a group of six teenagers in the Marvel universe - Nico Minoru, Karolina Dean, Molly Hayes, Chase Stein, Alex Wilder, and Gertrude Yorkes - who discover that their parents are secretly members of a supervillain cabal called The Pride. After deciding they're no longer safe in their own homes, the kids go on the run. In the midst of hiding from their elders, the teens learn about themselves and become a family of their own.”

@SuperCat - what you see in trailer is pretty much the comics

@Cedrichouse94 - True, but it's the vibe I'm getting from the way it's filmed and lines delivered...less than I'd have hoped for. I got a way cooler vibe from the comics; this looks/feels like it was made in the "90s, but on the other hand, it's jusdt a brief 30-second clip, so I need ta see more

@Cedrichouse94 - "idk how remotely you got 90s vibe?"

Actually I got the same vibe he did, nothing to do with laughing audiences but with clothes and haircuts.

@Cedrichouse94 - Lol not every 90s show had a laugh track. This is definitely filmed/acted like an old nickelodeon teen adventure show.

@Cedrichouse94 - Okay someone said it reminds them of Buffy. That's probably more accurate.

Very in line with the comics. There's a definite BUFFY vibe. It's not really grabbing me but I'm a bit intrigued.
