Following last week's teaser for Black Mirror Season 5, Netflix has debuted individual mini-trailers for each of the season's three episodes. As a result, we also have the titles along with a brief synopsis of each episode.

As an anthology series, each episode stands on its own, offering its own commentary on technology's role in every day societal interaction. The three episodes - "Smithereens," "Striking Vipers," and "Rachel, Jack and Ashley Too" - will delve an overarching theme that continues to explore humans' basic need to feel connected with others. Set in a "twisted, high-tech near-future where humanity's greatest innovations and darkest instincts collide," Black Mirror's fifth season will explore the impact of technology on marriage, self-esteem, fame, social media and mental health.

Season 5 features a star-studded cast that includes Anthony Mackie (Avengers: Endgame), Miley Cyrus, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (The Get Down), Topher Grace (That ’70s Show), Damson Idris (Snowfall), Andrew Scott (Sherlock), Nicole Beharie (Sleepy Hollow), Pom Klementieff (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2), Angourie Rice (Spider-Man: Homecoming), Madison Davenport (Shameless) and Ludi Lin (Power Rangers).

Striking Vipers looks dope. Reminds me of The Entire History of You which is top 5 Black Mirror.

@DnA - It's really good. There are a few episodes that I don't really care for personally, but they're all great in their own way.

It's really good storytelling.
