THE BOOK OF BOBA FETT Spoiler Stills Take Us Back To The Past One Final Time As Lord Fett Prepares For War

The Book of Boba Fett is finally moving past those flashbacks, with the stage now set for Tatooine's new crimelord to go to war with the Pykes for control of the planet.

With three episodes left - one of which was co-written by Dave Filoni - we're anticipating some big surprises, and a huge cameo was teased in the closing few moments of "The Gathering Storm" that has fans very excited. Now, we have the usual batch of stills highlighting several key scenes, including that awesome weapons stand.

Something tells us Star Wars fans will be clamouring for Disney and Lucasfilm to make replicas of this as it includes Fett's iconic armour, weapons, and jetpack.

Elsewhere, we see more of Fett's flashbacks, including his first team-up with Fennec Shand. This latest instalment revealed more about their unique dynamic and the bond they formed early on across the sand dunes of Tatooine. It's clear now the former assassin is loyal to Fett, though there are many fans who still anticipate a double-cross given her seemingly villainous past.

The Book of Boba Fett is firing on all cylinders heading into the next three episodes, and we're still banking on the Crimson Dawn showing up to present Boba with his biggest challenge yet.

Thank god it’s the final time, gotten very tired of the flashbacks now. Better episode than last, thought that’s not hard. Episode 2 was fantastic but bar that this series has been very underwhelming

Better than the last episode but not that hard to top that.

I liking the show, not loving it. Boba has till this point come across as too soft. Here’s hoping his lifetime of skill shines in the next few eps.

Major disappointment in every way. Really it is between awful and just ok and for a Boba Fett series that is really hard to do. Just unbelievable.

@MarvelousMarty - Oh come on
now. Either you like Star Wars or you don't. As far as I can tell they are attempting to tell something that makes sense and the fans don't get it right as often as they think they do.

This episode was a step up from the previous episodes but it’s still not “wowing” me.
Definitely not feeling the Cyberpunk kids at all. They look like they’re from earths future and not Star Wars. 🤷‍♂️

How does anyone ever get anywhere riding a bantha? It's the slowest creature in the universe.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the flashbacks overall, but this series has dragged, and underwhelmed, especially with the present day bits. I think the biggest issue for me is that in The Mandalorian, we got the Boba we have always wanted. This series is a direct continuation of his story, but he feels like a completely different and much softer Boba Fett than we saw a year ago. I'm not expecting pure action with Bob going around kicking butt all the time, but he really has come across as weak and boring. Something is off too with the present storyline. With 4 episodes down, they really need to put it in high gear. I don't hate it, as I appreciate the lore that is being fleshed out in the flashbacks, but it really has been meh, at best for me.

I realized something with this episode. They are giving all the bad ass moments to Fennic. Every bad ass thing Fennic did this episode... Boba was doing something else not bad ass. Fennic took out like 50 people this episode and Boba knocked out 1 green guy...

Well maybe the best episode so far,it was very action packed, loved seeing Slave 1 taking out the Speeder Bike Gang.

Now he needs to take out that Vespa gang.

I wonder who he'll recruit, maybe Dengar and Bossk.

@ElricReturns - No Slave 1 because its stupid unnecessary name change and I'm not offended by the name.

Wasnt it a short bit from the Mandalorian theme that played at the end when they talked about buying more muscles?

How long ago did Boba fall into Sarlaac pit ? He told Fennec he was in the pit “all those years ago” is the timing off ?

@boogiefett - 5 years. Heavily insinuates that he lived amongst the Tuskins for all that tome since the initial escape.

You remember those old episodes of Star Trek when they would run out of money so they just had the crew get lost or stranded somewhere so they could wander around all episode doing nothing but talking till a fight breaks out....

That's all this show is...

Sadly, this is one of those instances in which they should have left well enough alone. Watching Boba Fett in ESB was like finding a new pizza joint and getting the greatest slice in the world. Seeing him in Mando was like forgetting how good that pizza was, going back to the shop and getting another slice to remind you. This series is like going back to the shop, ordering a pizza and getting moldy tofu and rancid milk soup. As much as I love the show's creative team, everything about this show feels off. From Boba being a p**$y to the Mos Vespa gang to the cringy "Six Million Dollar Man"-esque surgery this week, it's just bad.

When he was petting the bantha and it licked him, I laughed.
Can he stop petting animals?
Can he please stop PLAYING with animals?

When he was chasing that little droid around the kitchen and he ducked his head below the counter and said "WHEREDJA GO?", I cringed.

Also, why did Boba go looking for his armour in the sarrlac pit? He literally stuck his entire ship into that thing's mouth. Didn't he emerge from the pit with the armour ON HIS BODY, before it was stolen by the Jawas? Didn't he grab one of them when he realized what they were doing? Is he stupid?
