The Mandalorian will return for its third season later this year, but right now, it's another bounty hunter's time to shine in The Book of Boba Fett. However, that didn't stop Lucasfilm from shifting the spotlight back to Din Djarin last Wednesday for what many have called the show's best episode.
It was a lot of fun catching up with ol' Mando again, that's for sure, and the stage has been set for him to reunite with Grogu and descend into the bowels of Mandalore in order to prove himself. We'll be waiting a little while before getting to see all that play out, of course, though it does seem likely The Child will make his presence felt before The Book of Boba Fett wraps up.
In these newly released stills, we see more Din's duel with Paz Vizsla, while the Armorer also receives her fair share of the spotlight. However, it's that repurposed Naboo Starfighter we can't take our eyes off as it's an absolute beauty...with enough room for Grogu to make himself comfortable.
Bringing Mando back has certainly increased excitement for the next instalment of this Disney+ series, even if it's just to see him team-up with Fett again (a highlight in The Mandalorian season 2).
