It's been thirteen years since we last saw Missouri Mosley, but with the series' exciting new direction combined with the upcoming spinoff series, it looks like the Winchester's oldest ally is coming back for round two.

As for the circumstances behind her return, she'll actually resurface after she learns that her granddaughter has been kidnapped by a dangerous wraith. Luckily for her, she does have Dean Winchester as a friend and he's quickly on the case, but with Sam busy with Jack, the elder Winchester enlists Jody Mills as his temporary new partner. However, while it's always great to see Jody, this may not necessarily be good news for Missouri as we already know that Patience will join Jody and the Wayward Sisters later this season, so could this be our first sign that things aren't to end so well for her grandmother?

Check out the new promo and photos for episode three, titled "The Rising Son," below:

"Patience" - (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, LV) (HDTV)

I still love this show. Gonna be a sad day when it's finally over. Spinoffs won't work, at all!! I'd love to see Jared (again) and Jensen land some good big screen jobs though when it finally ends with Supernatural.

I would like to see either of these guys play Cyclops in an X-men movie.
