In the new Mortal Kombat film, will we be seeing Reynolds as Cage? I heard the rumor myself!

I was on a Mortal Kombat site in a chat, and I was told there was a rumor about Ryan Reynolds as Johnny Cage. Not told, technically, since the person actually said "I just heard Ryan Reynolds will play Johnny Cage." There is no proof yet, but I am ready to update this when I hear more about it!

he'd be perfect i say go for it i just hope the new MK film is nothing like some of the shitty short films and more based on the game and not try to put realism in it. if i want reality i'll watch reality tv which also sucks

@er101 , yes how dare he do his job, which is acting, by playing different characters, once you are cast in a role, you should never take another role, and only do your sequels for that film set. I mean, HUH??????

Well, it might not be true. Either way, I don't even he think he should do Deadpool. Origins: Wolverine was one of the worst movies ever IMO and I wouldn't enjoy seeing more of it.

As much as I'd love to see him play the character, I think that he should stick with Deadpool. Maybe Bradley Cooper should be Johnny.

Yes please. Reynolds is a great actor. Just cus 2 roles he was given were twisted to shit doesn't mean he isnt a good actor. He was a Great Wade Wilson in the first part of Origins when it WAS Wade Wilson and not barakapool. And the GL mess was because the character development in the script sucked ass.

i used to like Ryan Reynolds then the motherf***ker started appearing in everything & i mean EVERYTHING tv,magazines,games lots & lots of films even when i close my eyes DEAR GOD WHEN WILL THE KNIGTMARES end!!
