VIDEO GAMES: First Details And Teaser Trailer For SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 4: EPISODE II Hit The Web!

Though no actual gameplay has been revealed, we do have the first details and a teaser trailer for the second episode of Sonic 4. Check out the teaser and an interview after the jump.

Thanks to gaming website Gamespot, we have the first teaser trailer for Sonic The Hedgehog 4: Episode II. The site also got a chance to chat with one of the lead developers of the game where more details about the game were revealed. Check out the teaser and interview down below...





As you can see, it looks like Metal Sonic (Sonic CD) will be the main villain in this second episode and Sonic's greatest ally Tails will be returning, so we can assume that there will be a co-op mode in the game.

Sonic 4: Episode II will hit Xbox Live, Playstation Network, Wii Ware, Android and iOS platforms next year

I heard the first episode was just ok, nothing special. I'm not sure if I'm gonna check this one out.

So with the inclusion of Tails, I wonder if this will have online co-op? And it looks like they're bringing Metal Sonic back.

I have yet to try out Sonic Generations(planning to), but I've been hearing very good things.

its SOOO funny how in the trailer they say "the rebirth of a villian" and the "Return of a sidekick" like they havent been in any games for a long ass time wen they both came out in generations and metal sonic was in sonic heroes
