Arkham Knight has been out for a couple of weeks now and has been keeping gamers from seeing any sunlight since its release. Fans of both game franchise and Batman comics have rejoiced over this much anticipated title. I have recently forged a new friendship with an interestingly wild individual. One who I expect I'll be seeing at events and conventions for many years as he grows his brand of media coverage. 

I'd like for you to give a look to Gensis Moss and his young youtube channel, Blast Processing. I think you'll enjoy what you see. I'll be writing an In-Depth piece about the entire Batman Franchise to follow.

Grif - I met him at an event recently where we were both guests. He's hilarious, outspoken, and I found him to be very genuine. It was an alcohol infused mini-bromance in the making.

He's been working hard to start his youtube channel and I wanted to help him out by giving him a shoutout here at CBM.

Fettastic -- Sure, why not. Although that was the nickname of my cousin, who was a boxer. :)

Nice, Arkham Knight is awesome

Loved how they utilized The Joker, fit the story and the characters perfectly

Really hope we see some of this play out on the big screen someday

BlackandYellow -- I've been asked by some friends at a convention to do that cosplay LOL!

aXe - I've been doing more editing lately and working on books i'm publishing. But I have a few months to focus on the next wave of comic book movie news and editorials I've been meaning to write about!

Fettastic - Yep, I didn't know him very well, a chunk from my fathers side of the family wasn't very close to his side of the family.

DrKinsolving - That would be great wouldn't it! At least these games are on a cinematic level and feels like a much more intense film experience. I'm just weirded out by Batmans face most of the time. He looks like he is trying to push out something horrible from his ass half the time. He also looks ridiculously bulky in this incarnation. But that's just my personal opinion.

I meant story wise though, I feel like Snyder is already taking inspiration from the Arkham games (and obviously TDKReturns), especially, with the Batmobile. I'm sure Snyder will nail the action

But, seeing this stuff and this tone on the big screen, would be crazy. Scarecrow was awesome in this too. I'm more excited for a Court of Owls movie, or Hush than anything though, and maybe eventually we could get The Killing Joke on the big screen or some flashbacks à la Arkham Origins, I'm always optimistic about that, haha

Can't wait to play this. Just have to wait for the PC patch to drop in a few months or so. Been trying my hardest to avoid spoilers while waiting for them to patch up the game. Hope the wait will be worth it cause the game looks great.

@alphamasterflex the game has some great moments but the gameplay is just lacking. It's more of the same and the batmobile just sucks

RealistofZandar -- I don't share your opinion, but everyone doing this sort of work, whether for money or for the love of the hobby--has to start somewhere. Constructive criticism is going to be far more helpful. But that's just me.

DrKinsolving - That would be interesting! However, I have to say -- I missed writing a piece on Batman vs Robin -- which I might go back and do...maybe.

If something like that were to take the screen with the Court of Owls, I wonder how much of the audience will actually connect with it.

Personally, Damien is an asshole, not necessarily the type of asshole you love to hate. If we go by any indication of a possible future Court of Owls film with the results of the recent animated feature--well, we're in for a very bad Batman film experience.

I'm also not very happy with the Batmobile in this game. I love the Batmobile and I totally agree with you that Snyder might be taking from pages throughout the entire franchise to connect his work with the audience. However--I think this thing isn't as suited for the storyline. The tumbler would have made more sense in the upcoming film. This version would have been slightly more interesting, if not less-routed-in-reality then the tumbler.

But all of this is academic and random opinion.

Just bought this game and I'm playing it right now. The batmobile is totally badass and makes me feel like a boss.i haven't installed the 3gb update yet but my only gripe so far is the graphics are kinda choppy.i think visually mortal kombat x was better but maybe the update will help.the most impressive game I played this year was the order 1886 but arkham knight looks set to become my new favorite.

Welcome to the site mate, gotta say the delivery of the reviewing was a bit stale for me and naturally I do not agree with every point you are bringing up, however, it's a far better review then I've seen most other start up users do, there definitelly is potential. I'd suggest watching Chris Stuckman, JeremyJahns, Glassreview, etc. to get some inspiration and pointers for some better reviewing

@Brainiac - I never left! I've been editing a lot of the articles behind the scenes and have not been able to join in on conversations as much as I usually do.

I actually finished that piece and hated it...I have to consider a re-write or major revision before I post it up.
