Rumours have pointed to Laura Kinney showing up in Logan for a while now, but the amazing first teaser trailer confirmed that Dafne Keen is indeed playing the young version of the character. Now, we've got further proof of that thanks to the @wponx Instagram account as the photo below (which is similar to the Logan, Professor X, and Caliban character profiles) label the young actress as "Laura."
What the future holds in store for her in the X-Men Universe remains to be seen, but it's easy to imagine an older X-23 taking on a lead role in a future set X-Force movie or even her own solo outing.
Logan stars Hugh Jackman, Dafne Keen, Boyd Holbrook, Richard E. Grant, Stephen Merchant, and Patrick Stewart. It's currently set to be released on March 3rd, 2017, so stick to CBM for updates.
