James Mangold seems to be taking a page out of Zack Snyder's book with the first of what will likely be a series of black and white Logan character portraits.

The director just Tweeted out the image below, which provides our first official look at the legendary Sir Patrick Stewart as the returning Professor Charles Xavier, who, as we learned from yesterday's script page-reveals, is going to be struggling with maintaining his mental faculties in this film.

Bit of a downer, then. Keep an eye out for more Logan reveals over the weekend.

@pepe - They'll probably skip that portion of the story. After all, its looking less like Old Man Logan and more like Middle Aged Man Logan.

Best part about this is that they have no idea how this fits in the timline(S?) nor will they even care to explain it.
