I actually cant think of a character he'd be well suited for. Plus, he comes across as such an asshole in the interviews I've seen him in I'm not sure I'd want him in First Class anyway! Saying that, despite Vaughn's involvement the movie cant get much worse anyway thanks to Fox so let him play Jean Grey for all I care!

I love how people are so negative about this film without the full cast even been announced or even a villain being confirmed...Matthew Vaughn is a talented director he isn't going to purposely make a horrible film...plus Jane Goldman (Kick-Ass, Stardust) is doing rewrites on the script...both director and writer are rabid comic book fans so don't be quick to put the project down..

I would personally love to see a period "origin" film set in the 1950-60s focused on just a young Xavier and Magneto...I don't think you really need to force Cyclops or other X-Men in a prequel like this.....I think we'll get enough current X-Men members with X-Men 4 which is still in development... We've seen what happens with Wolverine when they put too many cameos in...
