We all know that George Lucas has decided to convert all of his "Star Wars" films into digital 3D starting in 2012. Now comes word that he might not stop there. Looks like a certain fedora wearing, whip wielding archeologist may get the 3D trip too.

"When George Lucas revealed that the Star Wars Saga was getting converted to 3D, many wondered was this just the start of something for Lucasfilm? It is. Next month, Lucasfilm will announce that they're converting the Indiana Jones Saga to 3D as well. The films will be converted and released in a similar fashion as the Star Wars films with "Raiders of the Lost Ark" the first out of the gate."
Well now, I could really give a rip about the "Star Wars" prequels in 3D, "A New Hope" is the one I'm waiting for and that's not dropping until 2015. I'm totally luke-warm about all of this though. (No pun intended) It makes sense that Lucas would convert his other film series to milk the 3D teat.
