An apocalyptic story set in the furthest reaches of our planet, in a stark desert landscape where humanity is broken, and almost everyone is crazed fighting for the necessities of life. Within this world exist two rebels on the run who just might be able to restore order. There's Max, a man of action and a man of few words, who seeks peace of mind following the loss of his wife and child in the aftermath of the chaos. And Furiosa, a woman of action and a woman who believes her path to survival may be achieved if she can make it across the desert back to her childhood homeland.

Mad Max: Fury Road will be unleashed on May 15.

@doopie don't let marvel goggles fool you. It very well could be the highest on spectacle in the shortest amount of time. Then again, "most spectacular" is subjective.

Could be the fact that I hated the original Mad Max movies. Makes it tougher to be excited for this rehash. Hopefully it's good, Hardy and Theron is a great combination of actors. But desert and explosions doesn't make me excited.

Chappie was not only derivative of several much better sci-fi movies, Blomkamp actually ripped off his own damn District 9. But ok, something can be still entertaining without being original, so let's look at the movie for what it is: An excuse for a director to make a movie about a band he loves But eh likes sci-fi...so, oh yeah, he'll have 'em adopt a robotic son. Die Antwoord were only passable actors, the dialogue was absolutely wretched, the story made pretty much no sense whatsoever by the end (so that helmet worked on humans and robots and was....a soul conductor?), and Chappie himself was almost as annoying as Jar Jar Binks at times.

The good: Special effects and action scenes -- basically par for the course for any big genre flick in this day and age.

I'm really glad this is a sequel. I'm tired of the reboot trend.

@b&y Hey man, how is it going? Lol, I'm pretty feisty waiting for next Tuesday too.

Not because of St. Patrick's Day, but because a lady friend is staying over.
