MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - DEAD RECKONING PART ONE Leaked Trailer Screenshots Tease Some Intense Action

Ahead of the release of the first Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One trailer, some leaked screenshots have surfaced that feature a sneak peek of the intense action we can expect from the movie.

Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One's first trailer is expected to drop any day now, which is no great surprise when Top Gun: Maverick is set to blast into theaters less than a week from now.

Like Avatar: The Way of Water, some stills from that trailer have leaked online (with the same watermark, believe it or not) that offer a better idea of the sort of high-octane action we can expect. You can view them by clicking here, and as well as a few familiar faces, we get to see some new cast members. Among them is Captain America: The First Avenger star Hayley Atwell.

The biggest talking point, however, are what look like some crazy stunts...all of which put Tom Cruise front and centre. He's clearly pulling out all the stops for this latest Mission: Impossible movie and we've no doubt that the actor will continue putting it all on the line in order to entertain moviegoers.

The seventh chapter in this iconic Mission franchise and the third directed by Christopher McQuarrie, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Vanessa Kirby, Henry Czerny, and Frederick Schmidt all reprise their roles from the previous films. Newcomers include Pom Klementieff, Shea Whigham, Esai Morales, Rob Delaney, Charles Parnell, Indira Varma, Mark Gatiss, and Cary Elwes.

Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One is set to be released in theaters on July 14, 2023. Paramount Pictures previously announced that Dead Reckoning Part Two arrives on June 28, 2024.

Rebecca Ferguson should join the MCU, she's something else.

@Urubrodi - !00% agreed :)

What role would you like to see her in? Maybe a mutant, like Rachel Summers, an Inhuman such as Medusa or someone obscure like one of the members of the StarJammers?

@hummingbird68 - She'd make a great Mystique, but I don't think anyone wants to see the character anytime soon.

@Urubrodi - She also would make a great Mystique.

@Kyos - I would, especially since the MCU version might be more like her actually comics character. I love Rebecca's performance, but it's clear what Fox was going for with the character. Then, there's J Law's performance......moving on, I liken it to Lex. I have yet to see him on the silver screen, and the same kind of applies to Mystique.

@Kyos - I like the idea of Mystique, but would rather her be someone like Elsa Bloodstone from the Midnight Sons/Suns, she would make a badass monster hunter :)

@hummingbird68 - I find it unlikely that Marvel will deal with Inhumans in the near future. I feel like Black Bolt was more like an ester egg for the fans. A mutant could work though. Maybe Spider-Woman... Lady Death... To be honest she should have been Captain Marvel.

@Urubrodi - Spider-Woman could work well as long as the character is in the MCU, not the Sony-verse (shudder) How about Elsa Bloodstone?

@hummingbird68 - It'd defintely work but if rumors are true she has already been cast for the Halloween Special. Laura Donnelly is supposedly playing her.

@Urubrodi - dammit forgot about that - I knew there had been recent news, but forgot it was about casting ..... only remembered Elsa might be appearing in the Halloween Special

Oh come on. There's no reason why you needed to put the pics on a separate article then link it in this one. Just post them here. I'd definitely classify this as clickbait, since the pics aren't here (even taking into account they were removed).

Cruise may be a sinister cult leader in his off-time, but at least we have him around to convince Hollywood to bankroll serious blockbusters.
