In the July issue of Shueisha's V Jump magazine, it was revealed that the upcoming Dragon Ball Super TV series (the first Dragon Ball series in 18 years) will also get a manga adaption as well! The manga will debut in the August issue of V Jump magazine! No story or details have been released for the series or the manga, but it is said to "no doubt exceed everyone's expectations."

The manga will be drawn by Toyotaro, who also worked on Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F' three chapter manga when the film released last month. Below you can check out the an image (which is from this month's edition of V Jump Magazine) that gives us confirmation that this news is true. Check it out!

As for Dragon Ball Super, that series will premiere on Fuji TV this July on Sundays at 9:00 a.m.! With the recent addition of Bills And Whis, and Goku and Vegeta's newfound powers, it'll be interesting to see what the writers do with the series going forward!

The plot so far reveals that the show will take place a "few years after the defeat of Majin Buu, when the Earth has become peaceful once again." Will there be new villains? New heroes? Who knows! All we can do is use our knowledge of Dragon Ball Z, and speculate! What ideas do you have for the new series? Sound off below in the comment section with your thoughts!

Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F'  will debut in North America on April 11 in Los Angeles

@Melkaticox

More generic than bad, its pretty much a 90s Toei DB movie stretched out into an hour and a half and is all action with little plot or world building.
