i wrote an article in the fan-fic. about DBZ check it out on my page

but i will say this again....

FOX STUDIOS!....they have the rights to DBZ...
RIGHT NOW they are sitting on a gold mine here think about it people...if they reboot it and turn it into a franchise they can make MILLIONS!! of dollars...start with dragonball with goku as a kid
dragonball evolution was basically goku as a kid but it sucks redo it over...have picciloo as the bad guy!!

let that be the only 1...i would try to keep it to 10 movies do what they did to harry potter 2 n half - 3 hour movies...7 films...etc...

The movie was awful, but it's not like the cartoon characters look specifically Japanese or anything.

A lot of anime/cartoon characters in Japan have blonde hair, blue/green eyes and simply a Japanese name.

How can you get mad at a White actor playing your character when you almost always make your characters look like White people?

I mean do we really expect a natural Japanese woman to look like Sailor Moon because her name is Usagi Tsukino?

She's a White chick.

@ ALmight Akira Toriyama is a big Superman fan...that's why Goku has many similarities to Superman.

Normally I'd do my whole "to be fair" defense..........but [frick] this movie in every direction because it's the essence of failure.

Even with the half assed budget they still could have been accidentally faithful.

@ Batmaniac For DBZ a city being blown up its part of the battle between the good guy and Bad guy. Majin Buu and Gotenks where tearing the planet apart, as so did Majin Buu with Vegito and his fight with Vegeta and Goku on the Kai planet.

@ Pending Don't worry, here we have magical balls to wish people back from the dead. And even then Goku will do everything in his power to drive the battle elsewhere. Unless it's Majin Buu, the villain doesn't give a shit and will follow him.

Devil's advocate, the worst movie of all time is After Last Season.

So true. But, the funny thing is, that's what you get at an Expendables movie. No signficant story or script, just mkndless action and destruction on a smaller scale.

I think anime movies are best executed as full CGI movies, like FF:Advent Children. The Japanese may not make a lot of Hollywood quality live action movies, but, their CGI films are the best.
