Understandably, a lot of fans aren't happy with the lack of Black Widow merchandise which was made available for Avengers: Age of Ultron (even Mark Ruffalo weighed in on the notable lack of Marvel products aimed at girls). Now, the UK DVD and Blu-ray 3D cover has stirred up some controversy due to the fact that they focus on Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, and the Hulk, and none of the sequel's female characters. The regular Blu-ray cover does include Black Widow, but there's no sign of Maria Hill or Scarlet Witch which has upset some. So, what do you think? A big deal or fuss over nothing? Btw so where is the controversy? Please tell me it's not because Black Widow isn't on the cover. For that matter neither is Hawkeye,or Vision,or you get the idea.

Neither is Hawkeye. It's due to them both being secondary Avengers, along with (probably) Hulk, except he's so big it looks cool on a cover. There is an obvious "Big 3" to the Avengers.

When I think Avengers I immediately picture Iron Man, Cap, Thor and Hulk

50% of the caharcters are cut from the UK Version, Hawkeye, Nick Fury, and Vision are missing as well. Stop being overly sensitive world.

So! They only had the big 4 on the first dvd release in the uk. I dont remember anyone complianing then. But i dont see why they didnt include the whole team on the cover in the first place.

Didn't know Widow was a "secondary avenger", you know cuz shes one of two avengers to stay an avenger....

It's not a good cover at all and I would prefer all of the Avengers which includes Black Widow, Hawkeye as well as Vision, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch.

Why the [frick] does Maria "Only in the movie for 5 minutes" Hill have to be on the cover?

Hell, I'm a massive Hawkeye fan (as he's my favorite Avenger) and I'm throwing no fits over him not being on the cover.
