Jeremy Renner recently gave us a hint of the new look he'd be adopting for the fourth Avengers film, and these latest images from the Atlanta set of the Marvel sequel reveal that ol' Hawkeye will indeed be getting a fairly drastic makeover for the follow-up to Infinity War.

A recent rumor suggested Barton would actually be dropping his current superhero persona and adopting the mantle of Ronin, and while that remains to be seen, these snaps do confirm that the character will be sporting a tattoo sleeve on his left arm in addition to that snazzy new hairdo.

The pics also feature Chris Evans, Paul Rudd, a mo-capped Mark Ruffalo and Karen Gillan in full costume as Nebula.

I wonder if clint was a Skrull? That would be a superb twist. Even the family of his.

@TheRationalNerd - Can't we ease up on this Skrull talk? It's like with the sheer mentioning of it the Inceptioned millions of people before we've even gotten there.

@MosquitoFarmer - Why? It's not like it's going to affect the continuity at this point. lol Nothing wrong with guesses. Plus Captain Marvel being heavily weighted with Skrulls is totally leading up to that within the next phase I'm sure.

I’m just here waiting patiently for the trailers to Black Panther and Avengers Infinity War

@PantherKing - I'm just estactic that Nebula is getting a lot of screen time. Glad Marvel is showing love to the tragic MCU anti-heroes.

@SonOfAGif - I really liked her arc in Guardians 2. It made me like her more.

@PantherKing - She is basically the female Winter Soldier. If you draw comparisons from both of their arcs you would see how they are virtually the same just different "beings".

Both were captured, tortured, and brainwashed into becoming cold hearted killers and once both regained their self awareness they are struggling with finding peace and comfort in life.

@SonOfAGif - That’s a really good point you made. I never really thought of them as being the same in comparison but I’m excited to see where these characters go next. That’s why I’m looking forward to Infinity War eagerly. The Russos will hopefully add more method to these characters.

@PantherKing - Me too. I love Iron Man with all of my heart and the more Iron Man the better. But I'm most excited for Nebula & Gamora's arc with Thanos along with Loki's purpose in the entire scheme as well as what is in store for Vision.

And I want to see how the Hulk fights Thanos.

Love it. I'm glad that some of our heroes are having more depth brought to them. They needed it.

Jeremy Renner's gone a bit out of shape. What happened to his arms?

Also I'm really intrigued by that look. Why would Clint change his appearance so much? Probably a fake tat for a disguise?

@Boyle360 - Lifting weights gets exhausting. Plus as an actor they have to adapt to each role over their busy schedules. The weightlifting is scheduled as part of the gig, not their personal time.

@Boyle360 - Renner said he had some tendon or ligament issues which stopped him from training and that was before he fractured both his arms on his last film. If they can deal with Scarjo's baby bump, I am sure they can work around a lack of bulk in Renner's arms. Plus, if he is wearing a mask he won't have to do all his own stunts.
