Lindsay Lohan Wanted To Be In THE AVENGERS

On Lohan's reality-show, the actress said she really wanted to get a role in Marvel's The Avengers. The supposed role ended up going to an "unknown" actress.

THIS IS NOT AN APRIL FOOLS' JOKE. That would be impossible seeing as the quote is taken from her reality show on OWN that was filmed months ago.

In the Oprah-owned reality show Lindsay, Lohan told her coach A.J. that she was up for a role in Marvel's The Avengers, but ultimately didn't get it because her manager didn't push for her. 

"If I don't work in a film, he passes it to Vanessa Hudgens; he passes it to one of his other cliebnts," Lohan said. "Every day I'm not on a film set, I'm wasting my talent because that's what I was born, and live, to do.


The weird part is that she said they cast an "unkown" instead of herself. This is strange beause there really aren't any "unkowns" in The Avengers. Maybe she's calling Colbie Smulders and unknown? Can anyone really see Lohan as Mariah Hill? Surely Lindsay wouldn't lie about something this important, right?

At some point in the script, the waitress seems to have had a couple more scenes. It would've been interesting to see LiLo on the role.
She played a very convincing drugged up slut in Machete.

What's sad is that Lindsay actually had talent and charisma before her decline (Gal Gadobot doesn't have either right now), but she got sucked into the beast that is Hollywood behind the scenes with no real protection.

I guess that's what happens when your abusive greedy self-centered parents serve you up to the wolves on a silver platter.

I know, I know...it's fun to mock her but she's really a tragic victim that is a pretty easy target.

@Mikari I was watching Gossip Girl and she was a bit creepy. I don't think she could be a superhero, a supervillain maybe. But still, she's better at singing than acting.

it's the damn writers fault if Humphrey was dumb and poorly-written, compared to Alba's dumb unconvincing scientist she could do a lot better with the right material and the right director. since Fantastic Four's executive producer Matthew Vaughn is a big fan of her band (on the Kick-Ass movie soundtrack) she's more eligible for the role than ...Rooney Mara's sister or whoever the hell that is. the chick that showed Tony Stark her badge in Iron Man 2. cameo girl. thinks she can be in two separate Marvel universes at once? nuh-uh. ain't happenin.
