Detroit to portray Gotham City In MAN OF STEEL 2

With revelations that Ben Affleck is going to play Batman in Man Of Steel 2, the man responsible for getting the scoop on Rocket Raccoon says according to his sources, two locations have been selected to start off productions.

Speaking to schmoes know, elmayimbe of Latino Review, said that according to his sources Detroit would be used to portray Gotham City in Man Of Steel in order to get an edgier Batman. The second location that would be used will be in Morocco. El Mayimbe theorizes that it is the possible location of a Kryptonite debris. Warner Brothers has had major productions there before with Proof Of Lies and also Inception.

@Jollem you got good point there. Two directors of their caliber are gonna bounce off ideas and might come up with something amazing. Don't knock till you've seen it.

i was thinking exactly the same ...

but still

Ben Affleck as Batman ?! He can be very good director ... But he has no screen charisma - like at all.
He's only really good role was in Extract and Hollywoodland. Sure, he was decent in "Daredevil" and "State of play" (not to mention Good Will Hunting)but as far as his acting goes ... I'm really not that impressed.

@Jerryblake Don't knock till you've seen it. It could be another Heath Ledger moment. His movies were mediocre compared to The Dark Knight. You never know, Ben could be good as Batman.

Not Gonna lie guys, I'm really concerned about how Zack Snyder might portray Lex Luther. In my opinion he is the greatest misunderstood character, where you get Kevin Spacey playing like some second rate character. In the comics and animated movies he is a genius, a maker, a business man, a globalist, a capitalist, a SELF MADE MAN a fitness freak. He is probably like Iron Man, but maybe better. Just hope they do the character right.
