"Rumor," the actor bluntly stated when asked by Collider about the recent talk that he's joined the cast of Jaume Collet-Sera's live action adaptation of the well-known manga/anime. They’ve approached me, we’ve talked about it, nothing has been confirmed." Oldman then went on to discuss the difficulties of filming with IMAX cameras on the highly anticipated third Batman movie from director Christopher Nolan, The Dark Knight Rises, revealing that more of the movie was filmed with the cameras than we realised: "Yeah quite a fair bit, actually. It’s the last one, the third one in the trilogy. It’s a great story, it’s gonna be pretty epic." Check out his thoughts on the scenes filmed with the cameras below.

"Well we shot, obviously Wally Pfister [the director of photography] and Chris [Nolan] shoot film. The IMAX camera, it’s a strange thing. There’s only so much film that you can put through the gate, you get two takes from a roll I guess. The thing is, it’s very loud. It’s a very noisy piece of equipment and it’s quite cumbersome, it’s quite a large—you don’t hold an IMAX camera, I mean you can steadicam it. But of course you have to loop, you have to dub everything you do on the IMAX because you can’t hear the dialogue."

@marvel72 nobody here talks about marvel movies, nobody here cares what you think, and this is a post of TDKR. Don´t come here to bother with your "pocket money" issues...

@ironman53 And by that token you can say nobody says that you have to respond to responses to your comments. Let's be real, those two plus others on both sides of this inane Nolan vs Marvel argument, have been trolling and trying to get a rise out of overly sensitive people for months, despite what they claim. They get reported occasionally as they should, other times when they shouldn't. Ultimately, all of their reports are thrown out because of the illegitimate ones. So basically nothing is going to change. From both sides, trolls are here to stay and so are the people responding to them whether that particular comment was an attempt at trolling or not.

All I'm saying is, you're asking why these people are responding to others in such a negative manner and it's because of their history. I'm not attacking what you're saying in any way. Wasn't attacking you about that other stuff either, just asked a few questions to understand why you were upset about it.

Damn stop attacking marvel72 so much. They are Marvel fans, the logical thing would be that they root for Avengers over TDKR. It makes sense to me. If you have a problem with it, start a debate.

Personally I'm most excited for TDKR, but I'm also going to pay extra to see the Avengers and TASM in IMAX glory

Hey, guys, try to RELAX a little bit OK? @Kloster: "this is a post of TDKR", does that mean only peaople that agrees %100 with the movie can post? I'm not into the Marvel boys VS DC boys, I do like Marvel better, but hey... at the end of the month, MARVEL does not pay my bills, so chill out a little bit.
